New Projects for 2023 from twiddletails

 I signed up for a couple of BOMs this year, actually in 2022. I also may have started a couple of other new projects...

This is how I circumvented my self-imposed rule of not starting any new projects in 2023. Clever right?

The first one is "The Secret Garden" by Sarah Fielke.

The colors and fabrics I chose are completely out of my comfort zone, but I love it!

I also actually purchased some fabric for this project, which I haven't done in YEARS!

Homeward Bound Quilt by Mary Kay! from Busy Hands Quilts

Today I'm sharing a Homeward Bound quilt by Mary Kay made with the queen size quilt that Connecting Threads kitted in their Botanical Blue fabric collection.  Isn't it just the sweetest blue and white quilt?!?  She used a few Harry Potter fussy cut pieces in honor of the recipient.




Homeward Bound includes 4 sizes - Throw, Twin, Queen, and King - and is jelly roll friendly for a quick finish.  All of the blocks are strip pieced.

Homeward Bound Quilt by Barbara! from Busy Hands Quilts
